The Role

We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join a high volume restaurant serving fresh, quality food. The role requires a minimum of two years' experience working at the Chef de Partie level. This position may also suit a Senior Chef de Partie who is looking for their first Junior Sous role.
