Junior Sous Chef - OTE c. £17.50ph

The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Swansea! We're opening our stunning site this Autumn and are on the hunt for the best Junior Sous Chefs to join us!

At Cosy Club Swansea, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, and weekends where we're the life and soul of the party! From brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of between £16.60 and £18.30 per hour

• Hourly rate of between £13.30 and £13.50 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £3.50 - £5.00 per hour
• Full time hours available

Most importantly we will ensure you are made to feel welcome at Cosy Club Swansea.

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
