A Junior Sous Chef is required for an exceptional luxury restaurant with rooms set within the stunning Devon countryside.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the senior chefs to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Run sections confidently and assist in supervising junior members of the brigade
  • Maintain exceptional standards of preparation, presentation and organisation
  • Help ensure smooth and efficient service within a busy professional kitchen
  • Assist with training and development of junior chefs
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen management
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience within high-quality kitchens and possess a genuine passion for refined modern cuisine.

As Junior Sous Chef you will:
