Junior Sous Chef - Luxury Kitchen Leader (Knightsbridge)

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the iconic Dining team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef across multiple sections in a high-volume kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and team performance.

You will lead by example, balancing hands-on support with coaching, manage stock and resources, uphold food safety and audits, and step up to lead in the absence of senior chefs, contributing to a collaborative, premium dining environment.
