Junior Sous Chef - Grow in a Fast-Paced Kitchen

Lion and Pheasant in Shrewsbury is seeking an enthusiastic junior sous chef to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head and Senior Sous Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly and to learn the ropes in a busy dining environment.

Ideal candidates are open-minded, ambitious and energetic, with a willingness to learn and grow. The role focuses on supporting food production, sections, cleaning and stock management on a day-to-day basis.
