Junior Sous Chef - Fresh School Catering (Term-Time)

Harrison Catering Services Ltd. is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join one of our school catering teams. The role involves preparing a variety of fresh dishes for staff and students, working with high-quality ingredients and maintaining kitchen standards.

Applicants should ideally hold NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, and be prepared to work 40 hours per week, 5 days over 6 (Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays) during term-time.
