You'll work closely with our Senior Software Architect, Software Developer, and our mechanical and simulation engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills across multiple domains of software and motorsport technology, including:

  • Event operations tools

  • Commercial websites

Our Stack

You don't need to know everything on day one - we're committed to supporting your development through a structured onboarding and training programme. But here's what we're working with:

Languages & Frameworks: C#, TypeScript, Python
Frontend: Angular
Backend & APIs: ASP.NET Core
Cloud: AWS
Tools: Git, Docker, MATLAB (beneficial)

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Solid programming fundamentals

  • Familiarity with at least one of the core technologies (C#, TypeScript, or Python)

  • The ability to attend our office in Oxfordshire for a minimum of 3 days a week

Nice to Have:

  • A strong interest in motorsport

  • Experience with Angular, .NET Core, or AWS

  • Exposure to MATLAB

  • Projects (personal or academic) that show off your initiative and problem-solving

What You'll Get
  • Structured onboarding & training programme

  • Hands-on experience with real-world motorsport applications

  • Mentorship from senior engineers

  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Opportunity to grow within a technically elite and passionate team

How to Apply
  1. Submit your CV and a short cover letter telling us why you're interested.

  2. We'll send you a short coding exercise to assess your skills.

  3. If it's a good fit, we'll invite you to an interview with our team.

Apply now and be part of something fast, fun, and forward-thinking
