About Your New Job

As a Junior Site Manager, you will support the delivery of interior fit out projects from start to completion. Working closely with senior site managers and project teams, you will gain exposure to all aspects of site operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the day to day management of site activities
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on schedule
• Monitoring health & safety compliance on site
• Supporting quality control and ensuring high standards are maintained
• Helping manage materials, deliveries, and logistics
• Reporting progress to senior management

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long term career in site management within the fit out sector.

What You Will Need

• A relevant construction qualification (or working towards one)
• 2-5 years site experience (placement, internship, or trade background is beneficial)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
