Job Description
About the Position 
We are looking for a Junior Shop Manager to join our team and support/manage our Marble Poundbakery shop in Southport.
Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day shop operations.
- Driving sales growth.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Training, developing and motivating your team.
- Hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Background in retail management, ideally within a food environment (not essential).
- Strong work ethic and a hands on "can do" mentality.
- Valid driving licence.
Typical working hours: 7:45 am to 5:15 pm; Sundays off.
