About the Position

We are looking for a Junior Shop Manager to join our team and support/manage our Marble Poundbakery shop in Southport.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day shop operations.
• Driving sales growth.
• Delivering outstanding customer service.
• Training, developing and motivating your team.
• Hygiene and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Background in retail management, ideally within a food environment (not essential).
• Strong work ethic and a hands on "can do" mentality.
• Valid driving licence.

Work Hours

Typical working hours: 7:45 am to 5:15 pm; Sundays off.
