Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Assisting individual students or groups to ensure they meet their learning goals.

• Contributing to the overall wellbeing and development of students, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting student achievement.
