We are seeking an Junior SAP Project Manager located in Portugal to join a end user client at the start of a exciting S/4HANA Transformaiton. The right candidate will have a background in Sales & Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate local rollout tasks for Portugal, including planning, tracking, and reporting on readiness activities.
• Liaise between global SAP rollout team and local users to ensure all required tasks are completed (data, testing, training, cutover).
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Help organize and monitor testing sessions on-site
• Log issues and track defect resolution
• Support end-users with basic SAP queries (especially in Sales & Logistics)
• Support cutover and go-live activities
• Ensure data migration, user readiness, and system setup tasks are on track
• Coordinate local hypercare (post go-live support)
• Act as local point of contact for project-related communication and issue escalation.
