Junior Quantity Surveyor

Your new role
You will assist in the commercial management of interior fit out projects from tender stage through to final account. Working closely with senior commercial staff, you will support cost planning, measurement, procurement, valuations and financial reporting. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate cost control and smooth project delivery. This role offers hands on exposure to the full project lifecycle and the chance to build strong foundations in quantity surveying within a specialist sector.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, along with a genuine interest in developing your career within the fit out industry. Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and clear communication skills will be essential. A proactive approach and willingness to learn will help you thrive in this fast paced environment.
