This is a dynamic, site-focused role offering exposure to more than 30 live projects, primarily large-scale residential and commercial developments. A company vehicle is provided.

The Role

The Junior Project Manager will travel between live sites, checking quality, progress and completed works, verifying measurements and acting as a key link between the site teams and the office. The role offers excellent variety and a strong opportunity to develop into a more senior Project Management position.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit live projects throughout the Greater Dublin Area.
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and ensure plastering works meet the required quality standards.
• Check progress and completed works on site.
• Take, check and verify site measurements.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers and site teams.
• Communicate progress, measurements, issues and required actions back to the office.
• Assist with resolving site queries and coordinating works.
• Help ensure multiple live projects are progressing efficiently and to programme.

Requirements

• Construction-related qualification and/or relevant site experience.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and basic measurement.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail with a particular focus on quality.
• Confident liaising with site management and construction teams.
• Ability to manage priorities across a busy portfolio of projects.
• Proactive, energetic and comfortable working independently.
• Full clean driving licence.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in plastering, drylining, fit-out, finishing trades or a similar specialist subcontracting environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
