The Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Dublin team. This role offers hands on experience across high profile projects, supporting project coordination, site management, and quality assurance. Recent graduates are welcome, and any prior work experience in construction can count toward the one year experience requirement.

You will:

• Assist Project Managers with site operations, labour planning, and Health & Safety compliance
• Support quality assurance and site inspections to ensure excellent installation standards
• Help develop and maintain project programmes using Microsoft Project
• Attend site coordination meetings and liaise with contractors, clients, and suppliers
• Assist with cost monitoring, re measuring works, and reporting progress

• Degree or college qualification in construction, construction science, or engineering
• Understanding of construction methods, safety codes, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; Project a plus)
• Team player with initiative and attention to detail
• Current driver's licence
• Eligible to work in Europe (no visa sponsorship available)
