Position Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Trader to join our program trading team. In this role, you will develop strong business relationships and maximize revenue by understanding client needs, providing market updates, and advising on trading strategies. You will collaborate with our global execution teams and interact with sales and research departments, with opportunities to cross-sell products to enhance revenue among existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Focus on global program sales trading markets.
2. Develop a high-performing client base by:
   1. Discussing trading strategies, market intelligence, and flow trends.
   2. Building strong client relationships within assigned accounts.
   3. Identifying cross-selling opportunities for CITICS/CLSA products.
   4. Executing trades accurately and promptly.

Requirements

1. 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic brokerage environment.
2. Entrepreneurial, client-service oriented mindset.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Proficiency with market data tools like Bloomberg.
5. Understanding of front-to-back process flows.
6. Awareness of sales trading risks.
7. Team-oriented, self-motivated, and focused.
