Working directly with the founding team, you'll master prompt engineering and product research to scale a platform already achieving 5x higher conversion rates for enterprise clients.

What you will do

• Design and refine complex prompt engineering structures that power Azoma's proprietary content generation and AI simulation tools.




• Conduct deep-dive research into AI shopping agents like Rufus and Gemini to identify product gaps and shape the feature roadmap.




• Collaborate cross-functionally to draft product specifications, conduct testing, and ensure seamless delivery of high-conversion commerce features.

The ideal candidate

• 3-5 years of experience within the Amazon ecosystem at a brand, agency, or SaaS tool (strictly non-Amazon corporate).




• Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering and daily use of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to solve business problems.




• Strong structural thinking and product-adjacent experience with the ability to translate user pain points into technical product requirements.
