Junior Plant Ops Manager - Quality & Safety

Aperam S.A. UK is seeking a senior operations manager to oversee the ELG Utica plant, driving safety, quality and throughput while controlling costs. You will partner with HSE and Quality teams to ensure metrics are met and uphold a culture of excellence.

This role involves planning short- and long-term production with the commercial team, guiding capacity and embracing new technology as part of continuous improvement across the site.
