We are looking for a Junior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to support ongoing implementations and enhancements across key Oracle HCM modules. This is a hybrid opportunity for someone looking to grow their expertise within Oracle HCM while working on impactful client projects in France.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud or other ERP HR systems
• Functional knowledge of modules such as Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Performance
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions
• Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong communication and training skills for supporting end users
• Technical background (Bac+3/5 in IT, HRIS, or equivalent)
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a plus
• Must be based in France (citizenship or valid work permit required)

Role Responsibilities

• Analyse client HR business needs and recommend Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Configure and customize modules based on project specifications
• Participate in testing, validation, and go-live activities
• Deliver training and provide post-go-live support
• Collaborate closely with project teams and client stakeholders
• Stay current on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and contribute to solution optimisation

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a consulting or multi-client environment
• Familiarity with technical components of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Exposure to HRIS transformation or digitization projects
