Junior OneStream System Administrator

We're partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to hire a Junior OneStream System Administrator to join their growing OneStream Technology Team .

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in supporting global Finance stakeholders, ensuring smooth month-end operations, and helping deliver enhancements and new functionality across the OneStream platform.

The Role

As a Junior OneStream System Administrator, you'll:

• Provide day-to-day support to Finance users across global teams

• Support month-end, half-year, and year-end financial close activities in OneStream

• Assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes

• Develop cube views, dashboards, and MI reports to support decision-making

• Maintain user security, transformation rules, and the global chart of accounts

• Collaborate with Finance and IT colleagues to resolve issues and implement improvements

• Document processes and support user training where required

• Ensure high-quality delivery in line with best practice and internal standards

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced with OneStream, including report development and user support

• Comfortable liaising with analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs

• A strong communicator who can explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment

• Able to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team

Your Background

Ideally, you will bring:

• Hands-on experience supporting OneStream (Quick View knowledge preferred)

• Familiarity with EPMWare, Oracle EBS, or other EPM tools

• Basic SQL/SSIS and MS Office expertise

• Exposure to version control (Git) and backlog management tools (JIRA)

• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
