Job Description

  • Provide PA/Office Manager support to the Operations Manager and wide team.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and organise records, files, and documentation for easy accessibility.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability as needed.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and policies within the department.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Office Manager/PA should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role within the law industry (professional services ideally).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Open-minded, culturally adaptable; they are a European company!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
