Junior Odoo Project Specialist

Job Responsibilities and Details

Responsibilties

- Track project progress and assist in requirements research and analysis for corporate Odoo and IT systems

- Analyze customized requirements, draft requirement and test documents, communicate with developers, follow up on progress, and conduct internal acceptance testing

- Provide training and support for colleagues on ERP and IT systems

- Prepare IT equipment and software for new hires and assist with colleagues' IT-related issues

Required Knowledge and Skills

- Familiar with Odoo functionality; able to support colleagues with Odoo daily operations.

- Three years IT related working experience or 2 years odoo or ERP eperience preferred.

- Fluent in English, capable of communicating via email and with international colleagues

- Proficient in requirements analysis and project management

- Bonus: Understanding of ERP-related financial knowledge
