Based primarily at our Red Bull Technology facility in Milton Keynes, you'll work alongside a talented and experienced team.In this role, you'll be responsible for the precise manufacture of wind tunnel model components, often to tight deadlines. Strong manual skills and a sharp eye for detail are key to succeeding in this position.This position is based on a night shift schedule, and candidates must be comfortable working independently and maintaining productivity during non-standard hours.We are looking for someone who can: Finish prototype components to a high standard, always aiming to enhance quality and reduce lead times. Apply knowledge of post-processing for SLA and SLS components to ensure accurate results. Utilize experience with mould making and casting techniques, contributing to high-quality model production. Support continuous improvement by adopting new systems, processes, and offering constructive feedback to boost departmental efficiency.The successful candidate will have: Strong communicator with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes effectively. Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive approach to problem-solving.
