In a growth context, the firm is strengthening its litigation department and is looking for a Junior Litigation Manager to assist the experienced manager already in position. Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the experienced litigation manager, you will contribute to the complete management of the litigation files of the real estate portfolio managed by the firm. Main responsibilities:Support the litigation manager in the daily management of cases. Analyze accounts, follow up on unpaid bills, and control and follow up on formal notices, interests, and plans of files destined for the debt collection offices and recovery procedures and exchanges with stakeholders (firms, offices) and internal collaboration with technical teams, PPE managers, ensuring rigorous updates in internal tools (ERP/software) while continuously improving the processes of the service.Profile and experience:CFC Commercial Employee or equivalent, with at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in real estate management. Strong interest in the field of litigation and collections. Skills and aptitudes:Excellent sense of organization and rigor in handling files. Ease in analyzing financial data and reading accounts. Ability to manage various stakeholders with tact and firmness. Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of real estate ERP (Quorum, AbaImmo, etc.): stable, reliable, discreet, and solution-oriented.
