Job Description
Pear Recruitment in Clapham is seeking a junior Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic, award-winning team. You will handle enquiries, conduct viewings, support referencing, and help tenants and landlords progress deals.
No prior estate agency experience required. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company car is provided. Hours are Mon-Fri with Saturdays on a rota, and the role offers a £20,000 base with OTE up to £45,000.
