Junior Lettings Administrator

Pear Recruitment - Junior Lettings Administrator- Islington Salary - £25,000 - £27,000 Depending on Experience Working Hours - 5 day week, working every other Saturday.
Monday-Friday 8:45am-6pm, Saturday 9:45am-4pm

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in the heart of busy and popular Islington, is seeking a Junior Lettings Administrator to join their motivated and energetic team.

This is an administration-based position supporting the lettings team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, stylish branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who is looking to develop their career within the property industry.

Duties will include:

• Providing administrative support to the Lettings team
• Managing and updating property records and documentation
• Handling compliance paperwork and tenancy documents
• Coordinating appointments and liaising with clients
• Assisting with property marketing and social media activity
• Maintaining accurate data entry and file management

The right person:

• Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
• Must be punctual and very well organised.
• Excellent telephone manner
