Junior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to other members of the legal department in various tasks, which will focus mainly on:

1. Review and analyze new regulations that come into force and may affect the activity of the company and prepare reports thereon.

2. Writing newsletters, training materials on legal issues, reviewing corporate policies and adapting them to Spanish regulations

3. Classify and file legal documentation

4. Collaborate in the procedures for the acquisition of external legal services and the coordination and management thereof.

5. Perform internal accountability tasks, such as minutes of meetings, reports, information collection and similar work.

6. Review of contracts in which the company participates, providing its opinion, suggestions for improvement and drafting proposals to improve the risks to which the company may be exposed on a contractual and legal level.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above: Law or Business Administration&Law.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in law firm or working as in house counsel.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication skills, in English (C1 Level) and Spanish.
