Junior Legal Counsel - Flexible, Global Contracts

ICG FMC Limited is recruiting a junior Legal Counsel to join the Group Legal team in London. The role is based in our London office with flexible working arrangements.

You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate matters, and support expansion into new markets globally. The ideal candidate is private practice trained with 1-4 years PQE, possesses strong academic credentials, and can work both independently and within a team.
