Junior Legal Associate - RERA & Land Laws

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic law graduate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and effectively support senior professionals in handling RERA and land law-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in matters related to RERA litigation
• Support real estate developers with RERA compliance processes, including project registration and related filings on the RERA portal
• Provide assistance with tasks involving key land laws and their practical applications

Eligibility Criteria

• Law graduates with 0-1 year of experience
• Preference given to candidates who have studied Land Laws during their academic program
• Basic understanding of legal principles and land law matters
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa

Required Skills

• Strong drafting and legal writing abilities
• Understanding of legal procedures and court or tribunal functioning
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks under supervision, and meet deadlines
