Description

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  Install, administer, and maintain client PCs and peripheral devices

  Provide user support (help desk)

  Create and update IT documentation

  Participate in company-wide IT projects

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training in systems engineering or business informatics

• Strong interpersonal skills and interest in regular interaction with internal IT users
• Good knowledge of both German and English
