Junior HR Operations & Onboarding SME

UK Shared Business Services Ltd in Swindon is seeking a Junior HR SME to support HR Operations and Onboarding, applying in-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite. You will help ensure accurate employment data, smooth onboarding, and effective service delivery.

You will work closely with the SME to resolve complex queries, coach team members, and contribute to knowledge content updates and change initiatives across HR services for clients.
