Job description37.5 hours per week, all year round
The King's School, Canterbury is seeking a proactive and organised Junior HR Officer to join our friendly Human Resources team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR. Working closely with the HR Manager and wider HR team, you will provide professional HR support to managers and employees across the School. The role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, HR administration, HR systems, safeguarding compliance, payroll support and policy implementation.
You will have previous experience in a generalist HR environment, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience with a willingness to work towards it) would be advantageous.
