Junior HR Generalist

Human Resources Generalist required to join a rapidly growing Irish Owned organisation. Working directly with the HR Manager this role offers an exccellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad exposure across all areas of Human Resources. This is a varied hands on role supporting day to day delivery of people operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on our system
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Track hiring activity and recruitment pipelines
• Liaise with internal Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Assist with employee engagement and communications
• Track Performance & Development discussions and associated documentation

Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience working with HR systems or ERP platforms is an advantage
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
• Strong IT skills (MS Office and HR systems)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
