Junior HR Business Partner - Global Advisory & Data

Stryker Corporation in the UK is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to deliver frontline HR advisory across the UK and wider EMEA. You will support managers, apply UK employment legislation, and help shape a positive, compliant workplace.

You will assist with inductions, onboarding, probation, performance and wellbeing processes, maintain HR trackers, and collaborate with HR centres of excellence on projects.
