On behalf of a recognized player in collective catering, we are recruiting a Junior Chef. A dynamic establishment offering three varied culinary concepts. The position is to be filled from March 23 and is aimed at a professional capable of ensuring quality and rigor daily. The Junior Chef will be a key player in team management and production. The establishment values teamwork, and excellence in junior cuisine.MISSION DESCRIPTIONThe Junior Chef supervises a team of about ten in the kitchen and service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day spread across three concepts. He plans and implements Mobil Cook, supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and acts as a hygiene, quality, and maintenance reference. He also manages orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with some exceptional evening interventions. We are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in collective catering, ideally within comparable structures or at Eldora, allowing him to understand the challenges of volume and quality.Your background has allowed you to develop structured and respectful management, fostering team cohesion and the quality of service. You have excellent professional conduct, demonstrate discretion and can operate in an institutional environment where integrity and reliability are essential. Your global view of the activity allows you to anticipate needs, collaborate effectively with other chefs on campus as well as with support services such as maintenance, cleaning, and reception.
