Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per year

We're a global B2B publishing company producing five industry-leading magazines and hosting four major conferences across the globe - and we're looking for a Junior Designer to join our growing team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a design graduate or someone at the start of their career to gain real-world experience across print and digital platforms. From magazine layouts to social media graphics, you'll be involved in a wide variety of exciting projects and supported by a collaborative and creative production team.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting magazine and editorial layout design across our print titles
Creating engaging digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns
Assisting with website updates (WordPress experience is a bonus!)
Collaborating with the design and editorial teams to deliver consistent branding
Working to deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What We're Looking For
A design-related qualification (minimum BTEC Level 3 or equivalent) or strong portfolio
0-2 years of experience in a design role (internships or freelance work welcome)
Solid working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or basic HTML/Dreamweaver (a plus, not essential)
Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to take initiative on tasks
