Junior estate agent - Notting Hill

Trainee Estate Agent - Notting Hill - Full Training Provided - £25,000k basic, £60k plus OTE depending on experience.

My client is a well established, high end independent agency with an excellent reputation.

They are now looking for a driven, enthusiastic trainee estate agent to join their team in their Notting Hill.

Main duties of the trainee estate agent include:

• Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
• Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
• Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
• Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
• Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
• Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
• Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants
