Junior Contracts Manager (Restoration & Conservation)

A leading construction company is seeking a Junior Contracts Manager with experience in restoration and conservation projects. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in Dublin, overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of construction projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience with Healthcare projects is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.

Package

• €75k - €85k per annum.
