About Brighton & Hove Albion FC

We compete at the highest levels of football on a global stage while embracing our Sussex community spirit. At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to high performance, professional excellence, and making a positive impact.

Role

Shape the future of football performance. This is a unique role where you will help us take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into robust, production-ready applications. You will not be expected to know everything on day one. Instead, you will work directly alongside experienced cloud architects who will support your growth. Your primary goal is to learn how to productionise software: taking code that works in the Cloud, test it, and follow through the steps to make it scalable, secure, and reliable.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cloud architects to productionise software and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate cutting-edge AI prototypes into robust, production-ready applications.
  • Apply Data Analytics and AI to football performance to support data-informed decision making.
About you / Qualifications
  • Solid grounding in computing basics.
  • Passion for sports and interest in how AI is changing the football industry.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud computing.
Benefits
  • Complimentary breakfast and lunch at both sites
  • ️ 23 days holiday rising with length of service (pro rata for part time staff)
  • Rewards platform, which includes access to 900+ retailers, a wellbeing centre and more!
  • Enhanced family policies
  • ️ ️ Access to a gym and padel court at our training ground
  • Priority access to match tickets and access to free WSL tickets for 2025/26 season
  • In-house training programme and CPD opportunities
  • Exclusive discounts and benefits from our partners and local businesses
