Junior Chef: Hotel Kitchen, Career Growth & Training

The View Hotel Eastbourne, part of Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy hotel kitchen. You will support the kitchen brigade, helping with food preparation, cooking and presentation across restaurant, events and banqueting operations.

You will work with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop culinary skills in a fast-paced hotel environment, with training provided and opportunities to progress within the hospitality industry.
