INFORM3 are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development & Technical Support Executive professional to support business growth, particularly in Northern Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction knowledge who is looking to develop their career in business development. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to build relationships, support project opportunities and gain hands on experience in commercial growth.

• Support the development of new business opportunities in Northern Ireland.
• Assist in building relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
• Provide technical support and product information to clients.
• Help manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to quotation stage.
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry networking events.
• Maintain CRM records and track project pipelines.
• Assist with preparation of tenders, quotations, and technical submissions.
• Conduct market research on upcoming construction projects.

• Knowledge in construction, civil engineering or related discipline (training can be provided).
• Strong interest in business development within the construction sector.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Self motivated, eager to learn, and career focused.
• Full clean driving licence.
