Junior/Intermediate Building Physics Engineer
Lewis Davey is looking for a Junior Buildings Physics Consultant with 2-3 years experience. Ideally (beneficial) to have OCDEA, NDEA and any experience with One Click LCA would be added bonus. Potentially ideal for a candidate who is doing WLC or Circular Economy etc.
The role is to support the Senior Engineers. All necessary training will be provided as part of the package. It's important to note, that this is not an environmental focused role, as this wouldn't be right for the client and their work. The client is industry leaders in the design of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Engineering for buildings. They deliver innovative, energy efficient environments that actively support the performance and wellbeing of the people and communities who occupy them.
What you will need to succeed

• Building physics
• Dynamic simulation modelling (using IES VE)
• Part L compliance
• Thermal comfort
• Daylight analysis
• TM54 calculations
