As an Analyst FP&A Technical Operations, you will play an integral role in supporting STADA's global Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Intercompany Pricing Process, ensuring efficient collaboration across stakeholders and affiliates. This role focuses on process optimization, financial analysis, and driving improvements in global FP&A and Technical Operations to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

What You Can Expect

In your role as Analyst FP&A Technical Operations, you will:

  • Act as the global point of contact for affiliates in the Global COGS and Intercompany Pricing Process, supporting stakeholders and delivering training sessions for the finance community.
  • Coordinate the global process together with production sites and procurement, ensuring alignment and proper documentation.
  • Lead and implement process enhancements with IT while ensuring alignment with tax policies as the process gatekeeper.
  • Assume responsibility for the COGS calculation for third-party supplies within STADA AG, coordinating with Supply Chain, Launch Teams, Procurement, Tax, and Customer Service.
  • Perform business simulations and scenario analyses to support decision-making and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct performance analysis and deviation tracking for global COGS, delivering actionable insights and supporting profitability improvements.
  • Drive the development of reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) and further automation of FP&A processes to enhance speed and efficiency.
  • Act as a supervisor for COGS reporting processes across markets, ensuring accurate and consistent global reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
  • You have successfully completed university studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field, with a focus on Finance/Controlling.
  • You bring professional experience in controlling/accounting, ideally within Life Sciences, Pharma, Consumer Goods, or a private equity environment.
  • You have strong knowledge of IT tools and finance systems, especially MS Office, SAP, and preferably PowerBI and Alteryx.
  • You have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a structured working approach, and the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, allowing you to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
