This is a developmental role where your progress will be mentored by the more experienced analysts within our UK Investigations team. You will learn how to identify sophisticated financial crime patterns and contribute to the safety of our global platform.

  • Information Gathering: Seek all possible relevant information for problem-solving; probe the facts and analyse issues from different perspectives to reach sound conclusions.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Assist in drafting periodic compliance reporting for Senior Management and the Risk & Compliance Committee.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a detailed knowledge of AML/CTF laws and best practices to ensure your investigations meet the relevant requirements of the regulatory system.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist in updating Trading 212's AML Program and relevant procedures based on emerging trends identified during your investigations.
What you need to have
  • Initiative: You are proactive, self-starting, and look for opportunities to influence events rather than just reacting to them.
  • Technical Ambition: You have a natural ability to absorb new job-specific information and a desire to keep your expertise up to date in specialist areas.
  • Resilient Self-Confidence: You are independent and self-reliant, remaining calm under pressure and feeling confident in your ability to select the right course of action.
  • Adaptability: You are flexible and receptive to new ideas, willing to adjust your approach as demands and circumstances change.
  • Relationship Building Skills: You can establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues at all levels of the firm.
What We Offer
  • Challenges that will help you grow and realise your potential.
  • Opportunity to make a big impact - you will build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth.
  • Work with smart, spirited, helpful, high-performing colleagues with a common goal.
  • An environment where nothing is set in stone.
  • Appreciation for your talent and ideas.
  • Generous remuneration package including annual bonuses.
