Junior Administrative Assistant

Hours of Work: Full-Time - 40 Hours over five days

Salary: Depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our busy Head Office team in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or further develop their career within a fast paced business environment.

The role offers a varied mix of administration, customer support, and operational tasks, making it ideal for someone organised, motivated, and eager to learn.

Job / Role Specification
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Processing new customer orders and supporting amendments to existing services.
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and order records.
  • Assisting with data entry, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Supporting colleagues across multiple departments with day to day operational activities.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately.
  • Helping to coordinate customer requests and internal communications.
  • Maintaining organised electronic filing systems and company records.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and administrative support at all times.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise workloads.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education & Qualifications
  • A-C grade GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential).
  • Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous office or customer service experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided.
