Jobg8 is a global online company that connects job seekers with employers. We need a new team member to help us grow by finding new websites that can advertise our customers' job ads.

Our job is a mix of two things:

1. Buying: You will find and talk to website owners to get them to advertise our job ads. We pay them for every click they send our way.
2. Account Management: You will also take care of new and existing websites to make sure we get good quality traffic from them.

What you'll do

• Send emails and messages to websites asking them to advertise our job ads.
• Manage and grow relationships with our website partners once you re trained
• Occasionally travel to industry events to meet new and existing partners.
• Learn how to sell job advertising to customers for the future.

What you'll need

• Experience in sales or buying although other backgrounds will be considered. This is a Junior role, so extensive experience is not required.
• Confidence to contact and talk to senior-level people.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• A positive, "can-do" attitude.

What's nice to have but not essential

• Other European languages (like German or French).
• An interest in websites and technology.
• Recruitment industry knowledge.

Location: Tiptree, Essex. You will work from our office with parking and electric car charging.
