Interest in developing strong supplier relationships - previous exposure to overseas suppliers, particularly in East Asia, would be beneficial. Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Proficient in the use of Excel to be able to maintain ordering spreadsheets and create reports of stock and sales trends, as well as being confident on other Microsoft programs Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling data or reports. Willingness to learn about negotiation and commercial decision-making. Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under guidance in a busy environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude. Highly organised, motivated and eager to support the wider team's success. Some familiarity or interest in learning about WSSI tools and category planning.
