About the Role

Step into a role as a Supervisor at a retail store where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same.

Responsibilities

• Think commercially and work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand.
• Support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met.
• Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in store efficiencies to drive profitability.
• Lead the sales team by example, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant.
