Working within Social Housing with a good attitude, polite, friendly and approachable.
General day to day repairs and maintenance as necessary, void repairs
Using a PDA to manage and record daily works.
Working on a rota basis on call out of hours.

Requirements:-

Minimum of 2 years Joinery experience
Full UK driving license
Essential NVQ Level 2 Joinery / desirable NVQ Level 3 in Joinery
Other trades are preferred but not essential

Pay: £15.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
