About you

• Relevant trade qualification - NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Valid CSCS/CSR card
• Proven experience in a similar joinery role, particularly response maintenance
• Good knowledge of current health and safety legislation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Full, clean driving licence

What you'll do

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and carry out repairs to high standards
• Communicate effectively with management and clients
• Itemise and plan work in dwellings and premises
• Maintain compliance with Data Protection policies
• Support the team with any additional duties necessary for the smooth running of operations
